Privacy and security
This document explains our policy regarding any personal information you might supply to us when you visit this site.
Our goal is to protect your information. By accessing or using the Tablewhere website, you agree to the terms of the Tablewhere Ltd Online Privacy Policy, as outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site.
Collection of Personal Information
When you engage in certain activities on this site, such as registering, ordering products, or entering contests, Tablewhere may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, Tablewhere may require that you provide us personal information, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and other personal identifying information. When ordering products on the site, you may be asked to provide a credit card number.
When you submit personal information to Tablewhere you understand and agree that Tablewhere may transfer, store, and process your customer profile without limitation in the United Kingdom.
Tablewhere collects this information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. If you order a product, for example, the information is used to mail to you the items ordered and to provide you with any benefits that may be made available to registered users. If you enter a competition, information is collected to qualify the entry and contact you regarding the contest or prize awards.
Tablewhere also uses information that you provide as part of our effort to keep you informed about special offers, and other Tablewhere products and services. China Presentations recognises and appreciates the importance of responsible use of this information. If you do not want the information you provide to Tablewhere to be used to inform you of other products and special offers from Tablewhere, and you indicate this preference when you provide the information to us, we will honour your preference.

If you do not want the information you provide to Tablewhere to be shared with other companies, and you indicate this preference when you provide the information to us, we will honour your preference. Your personal information is password-protected to prevent unauthorised access to it. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone.
Internet Security
Safe shopping is important to everyone and we have gone to great lengths to make sure your details remain safe. When you start the order process you can be sure that every step of the way is 100% secure.
How Secure are You?
As soon as you enter the order process, every bit of information that is transferred between you and us is encrypted using powerful encryption algorhythms. As a result, even if someone could intercept the data over the internet, it would be of no use to them at all. Your details are safer with Internet shopping that with traditional mail or telephone shopping!
How can I tell if the website is a secure one?
It is easy to determine if your connection is secure; on your browser you will notice a picture of a small padlock - this normally appears right at the bottom of the screen. Sometimes this padlock will not appear, even though you are secure - to double check this, you can right click on the page and select 'properties' or 'view frame info' from the list which will tell you whether you are secure or not. Also look out for the sign of a secure web page, which can be identified by the URL (the web site address). A standard page will begin with 'http://'. A secure web page will begin with the URL 'https://' denoting that the merchant is using a secure server for the transaction of data.
How does Encryption work?
All credit card details are encrypted using 40bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Software. When you establish a secure connection, the downloaded web site sends a digital certificate to your web browser. When the certificate arrives, it contains a public key, which functions as a one-way encryption device. The browser then uses this key to scramble your personal data (Credit Card Information) before sending it over the Internet. Information encrypted with the public key cannot be decrypted without the corresponding private key, which only the merchant has. Without this exclusive, private key, your personal information cannot be read.
