Terms & conditions

Prices are quoted in GBP (£), Euros and US Dollars. However, we are a British Company, all charges will be made in GBP (£).

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the details of their order and delivery address are correct at time of purchase, as Tablewhere cannot be held responsible for incorrect or non-delivery due to customer error.

Full payment is required at time of placing order, however, customers have the right to cancel their order for a full refund or exchange prior to despatch.

In the unlikely event of loss or damage to a shipment, all goods are fully insured and replacements will be supplied free of charge.

A full refund will be made to goods that can not be replaced or an alternative will be offered.

Tablewhere will require notification of any breakages within 7 days of delivery and may require a photograph or return of all damaged items.

Returns to Tablewhere for reasons other than loss or damage are subject to return shipping costs. All returns must be reported to Tablewhere and shipped within 7 days of receipt in original packing.

Shipments made to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties which are the responsibility of the purchaser. As duties vary from country to country, we suggest that you contact your local authorities for further information.

EU standard - £25.00

USA/ CANADA standard - £35.00

REST OF THE WORLD standard - £45.00

Please make note that the standard charge is subject to change, charge may increase depending on the weight and quantity of stock to non UK delivery addresses.
